We have various courses under a variety of subjects which are in 2 groups, Live Training & Self Help.
Let me exlain this in further detail.
Self Help is where these courses are done via media and your own at your leisure in your own time. Now most of these courses are played on cell phones, cd players, mp3 players, DVD players, etc
They go on almost all media formats. These are best for those that have time constraints as they save you time in that you can do these whilst driving, doing exercise, walking, etc. basiclly as and when you have time to free up.
Ideally you need to manage your time and make time on a daily basis for self improvement. This is "me time".
Very simply, you should asses what improvements you need in your life and then choose relevant courses that will assist you in achieving that goals.Some of these have a workbook with these courses that help you attain success easily.
Live Training is either one on one or one on group sessions. These sessions are when you are in a live course interacting with the instructor and these are held over a few days at a certain venue. Initially there is a need to get basic training from Live Training, however you can still attain what you set out to do if you do it on your own.
All of these courses under Live Training and Self Help puts you ahead and gives you the edge in attaining Success.
