Introduction
Personal development and wealth creation was formed as this is an emerging trend and the vast majority are in dire need of easy access to self improvment and wealth creation skills. A franchise venture was established with Institute of Training Excellence - commonly known as ITE. A Gold licence was purchased, for the east coast of South Africa. Personal Development combined with wealth creation are key for the success of the ordinary citizens of our land.

Target Market
Our target market are the vast majority of South Africans especially those from previously disadvantaged and rural areas. There is a great need to uplift the life skills of all to combat the skills drain in South Africa. As part of a strategic approach, we have targeted schools in the areas to improve the learning skills of students. This now assists teachers in achieving improved results as students are now equiped with skills that enable the "How" of studying and learning, something which no curriculum offers.

Nature of Development
Currently we are focused on "Life Skills" upliftment in all schools. We are commited to providing SETA accreditted "Learning Excellence" to all schools so that all students are better equiped to achieve optimum performance and utilise the skills in all aspects of their lives.
